Lagou Raxi Country Hotel - Platanias (Crete)

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, just a short walk away from a beautiful Greek village and within reach of stunning sea views. The staff are friendly and the basic amenities provided, such as rooms with a double bed and a terrace, are satisfying. Additionally, the breakfast served here is delicious, providing a great start to each day.

Easter at this country hotel was delightful! The gardens were full of blooming flowers and the views overlooking the sea were amazing. The rooms were spacious and clean and had a lovely vintage decoration. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. We enjoyed the delicious organic breakfast buffet and the Mediterranean delicacies at the restaurant. The hotel had a nice pool and tennis court, and it was located in a perfect spot between the mountains and the sea.

We were disappointed to find out that the wifi reception in the rooms was very poor and the amenities could have been better. , we found that the prices for beverages and fruit were steep.

Great views of the sea and beautiful gardens. the staff was amazing and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. the hotel is located in a convenient location with easy access to attractions and restaurants.

The WiFi in our room was spotty at best and we had difficulty connecting to it at times.

The hotel is very close to the sea, allowing guests to easily enjoy the beautiful coastline.

All aspects of our stay were more than satisfactory.

The perfect location near the small Greek village with lively bars and within walking distance of the hotel was great. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious room, a good sized pool, and excellent breakfast with lots of choice. The friendly staff was helpful and made me feel like a member of their family.

We stayed in a hotel located near a picturesque Greek village that was perfect for swimming and watching sunsets. Our room was well-appointed with a lovely balcony overlooking the stunning gardens and the sea. the staff was friendly and always ready to help us with a lovely breakfast spread full of fresh fruit and delicious homemade yogurt pots.

Some guests reported poor quality food.

The attention to detail is exceptional, from the charming rooms with terraces to the delicious breakfast. The hotel's location is perfect, within walking distance of the lively bars in a nearby village, and it's also close to the small village of Lafkos and the sea.

All was fantastic.

Friendly staff, beautiful setting, fantastic views, varied breakfast, clean and stylish rooms.
